  • Conditions of the (1−x)BaTiO3 − xNa0.5Bi0.5TiO3 solid solutions formation (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) with the effect of the positive temperature coefficient of resistance (PTCR) are studied. Solid solutions were prepared using previously synthesized BaTiO3 with using solid-state reactions and oxalate co-precipitation methods. Sintering of samples was carried out in N2/H2 reducing atmosphere within the temperature range 1100—1240°C with subsequent oxidation on air at 700°С. The influence of synthesis and sintering conditions on the electrical properties of solid solutions is revealed.
