- The article is devoted to research of legal nature of the unilateral discontinuance of obligations. The conditions of the unilateral discontinuance of obligations as right-depriving jural fact, its forms and mechanism of application are analysed. Suggestions concerning fixation of jural facts in the obligation civil legal relationships for the purpose of defence of rights and legal interests of their participants are formulated.
