- The web-oriented information system for animals shelters has been developed. It is based on Single Page Application, TypeScript, ASP.Net Core, Angular 5 and WEB API technologies. The system provides a wide range of services, both for animal shelters and for individual clients.The article deals with the peculiarities of the concept of professional mathematical package from the point of view of pedagogy and computer science. The components of a training problem are given. The expediency of using the Mathcad package in solving optimization tasks is grounded, the example of software implementation is given.
