- The quantification of tremor has been studied by several researchers. The quantification allows the tremor to be evaluated objectively. In order to contribute to the development of methods for the detection and quantification of human tremor, this study evaluate the use of the Leap Motion sensor in two different scenarios: (i) tremor induced by functional electrical stimulation; (ii) Parkinsonian tremor detected from an individual affected by Parkinson's disease and two other neurologically healthy volunteers. The results show that the LM sensor serves the purpose of measure and analyze human tremor wrist.
