- Abstract: In Colombia and Peru, there were internal armed conflicts that have undermined International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and Human Rights (HR), and, because of which, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR) has ruled on the crimes against humanity that occurred in those conflicts. Consequently, it is pertinent to analyze: what is the experience in Peru and Colombia in relation to the crimes of humanity in a context of post-conflict? The regulations of IHL and HR are studied to learn the lessons of transitional justice and the judgments of the IACHR. Resumen: En Colombia y en Perú, existieron conflictos armados Internos que han atentado contra el Derecho Internacional Humanitario (DIH) y los Derechos Humanos (DDHH) y que han llevado a la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CorteIDH) a pronunciarse sobre los delitos de lesa humanidad que ocurrieron en esos conflictos. Por consiguiente, resulta pertinente analizar ¿Cuál es la experiencia en Perú y Colombia en relación con los Delitos de Lesa Humanidad en el contexto de posconflicto? Se parte de la normativa del DIH y de los DDHH para aprender las lecciones de la justicia transicional y las sentencias de la CorteIDH.
