- Cholelithiasis is a rare disease among children. Usually it is a complication of other haemathologic or metabolic disease. We present a case report of a 7-year-old girl who presented with acute pain in the right side of abdomen, raised temperature, elevated values of AST, ALT and leukocytosis. The girl was operated and cholecystectomy was performed, due to acute cholecystitis.
