- Tore Hägglund is a professor in the Department of Automatic Control at Lund University. His main research area is process control and research is performed in collaboration with process industry and mainly through the Process Industrial Centre at Lund University (PICLU). Nina Thornhill spent a sabbatical at Lund University in 1996 which resulted in new discoveries in the detection and diagnosis of oscillating control loops.
