The article analyzes the effect of transvaginal hydrolaparoscopic ovarian drilling on the hormonal profile of peripheral blood serum of patients with clomiphen-resistant PCOS and obesity. Surgical stimulation of the ovaries in PCOS and obesity has been proven to improve the hormonal profile of the peripheral blood of operated patients and leads to a decrease in the concentration of luteinizing hormone, LH / FSH ratio, prolactin, free testosterone, androstenedione, antimullers hormone and FSH increase one month after the operation. Significant differences between PCOS groups in which ovarian drilling is performed by abdominal gas laparoscopy and transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy one month after surgery is not observed, which confirms the similar efficacy of both methods and allows us to recommend ovarian drilling by transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy for use in surgical stimulation of ovulation in women with PCOS and obesity.
