- Performance measurement and eligibility is one method used to improve the quality of an institution. Data for this measurement are generally taken using questionnaires or questionnaires. Questionnaires are data collection techniques that are carried out by giving a set of questions or statements to other people who are used as respondents to be answered. Although it looks easy, the technique of collecting data through questionnaires is quite difficult to do if the respondents in large scale. In addition, the processing and interpretation of data that is often done manually also causes this method to take a long time to complete. The Department of Informatics, Halu Oleo University has often used questionnaires in data collection with the aim of improving the quality and measurement of student trends. Especially in terms of improving quality, the data needed includes measuring lecturer performance, staff performance, quality of facilities, student services, quality of courses, etc. This research will develop a software that can be used for processing questionnaire data. The output generated from this application is in the form of the concentration of data (average, median, mode, variance, percentage of item); and visual interpretation (bar, line and circle diagrams).
