- Quality management tools directed to hospital environments have been in development for years, this work present some of these, having as focus the tool Triple Aim (TA), its objectives and principles, searching the verification of viability of implementation of this, in the Single System of Health. The tool in question TA presents the objectives of improvement in the quality health of the population, the improvement in the customer service of health and the reduction of the per capita cost; also presenting based principles well. Compared to the structure of the Health Care Facilities (SUS), that also it presents well-structured principles, it is noted that the system searches for structures the tool well-connected TA, that does not cite the same in its documents. It is concluded with the work that the tool is applied to individually established Health Care Facilities (EAS), already the SUS being global can not approach the tool in question for not having structure of fiscalization for each specific public EAS.
