- The subject of the study is the theoretical basis for the formation of personnel management strategy in the effective management of industrial enterprises. The purpose of the study is to determine the nature and justification of the need to formulate a strategy for personnel management in ensuring effective management of the enterprise. Research methods. The paper uses a set of scientific methods and approaches, including systematic, analysis and synthesis, observation, generalization, which allowed to ensure conceptual unity and effectiveness of research. Results of work. The basic requirements for the formation and the main directions of the implementation of the personnel management strategy with the purpose of building an effective enterprise management strategy in the long term are revealed. Conclusions. The proven relationship between enterprise management strategy and personnel management strategy will ensure the effectiveness of implementing a long–term industrial enterprise development strategy taking into account the influence of environmental factors.
