- In the article the characteristics and dynamics of Ukraine in the women's home and crafts, analyzes the diversity of women's small industrial enterprise, its main form of social and economic organization and geography during the second half of XIX early XX century. For Ukraine the second half of the nineteenth early twentieth century were a time of activation of the modernization process, liberal reform and social transformation of society, as reflected in the growth of various forms of small businesses, including a variety of women's domestic arts and crafts. Background research is caused by the fact that women's crafts and arts were among the most common in post-reform Ukraine small scale production, an integral part of home exercises each peasant family. These industrial classes were very important components of the life of any peasant family. At the same time women, amateurishness was also an important part of gender relations Ukraine. Therefore, without a detailed investigation of women's domestic industrial enterprise objectively impossible to understand the degree of development of domestic industries Ukraine in the second half of XIX early XX century.
