  • Crisis management has remained an integral tool of management in Ukraine for decades, due to the frequency, duration and unpredictability of the effects of crises, both external and internal. Crises create a significant impact on the personnel of the enterprise, which, depending on the strategy implemented at the enterprise anti-crisis management, can be positive or negative. Thus, in the presence of effective crisis management and motivation strategy, the crisis unites the team, promotes motivation and productivity in the direction of joint solution of the existing problem. If such a strategy is absent, the crisis provokes an outflow of personnel, unfair intra-collective competition, a general disorder of organizational culture. The article substantiates the strategic approach to crisis management, which takes into account the intensification of threats to staff motivation in a crisis. The strategy and theoretical and methodological basis of threats of motivation in a crisis are characterized. It is emphasized that it is advisable to differentiate approaches to motivational management depending on the stage of crisis management. The principles of strategic personnel management with a focus on strategic crisis management have been improved. The relation between the concepts of personnel safety and crisis management of personnel is grounded. The basic strategies of personnel management are adapted to the tasks of crisis management in the context of eliminating threats of personnel motivation and generalizing possible managerial influences. The conducted research revealed the following strategic aspects of crisis management in the context of eliminating threats to the motivation of the personnel of enterprises. First, the elimination of threats to personnel motivation is one of the objectives of crisis management, which is implemented on the basis of alignment with the personnel security strategy in accordance with the interests of the enterprise. Secondly, the strategy of elimination of threats of motivation involves differentiation of motivational tools and approaches to material and intangible motivation of personnel in accordance with the stage of crisis management. Third, crisis management in terms of eliminating threats to staff motivation is implemented in three main areas that are consistent with the strategies for rewarding, selecting and developing staff, as well as current situational and change management
