  • The complication of the international environment in connection with the Russian aggression, which led to the conduct of anti-terrorist operations and the operation of the combined forces on the territory of Ukraine, led to a ban on the supply of oil and petroleum products, as well as a number of other strategic Russian goods to Ukraine. This ban was introduced in mid-April 2019 by the decision of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. According to it, a whole list of products, whose import into the territory of Ukraine is prohibited or possible only under a special order of the Russian government, is established. This has set the country's arms and military equipment developers the strategic task of enhancing industrial security, which is associated with the rapid intensification of production with more efficient use of energy resources. The most important is the efficient use of engine power, taking into account their performance, as well as functionality. The peculiarity of the engines of combat vehicles is the variable nature of the load, which operates when driving on rough terrain. The latter requires the driver-driver to change gears frequently and to choose the optimal mode of operation of the engine, which is practically not possible due to the lack of means of control over its operation. The article analyzes the market of engines of cars and the possibility of creating systems of fuel and economic use of engines of combat vehicles on the basis of optimal control of the modes of their operation and automatic transmission of automatic transmission. According to the results of this analysis, the prospects for the development of the means of automation of the choice of mode of operation of engines of combat vehicles are determined and the measuring complex of monitoring of skidding and speed of ground moving objects is offered, which allows to study with high accuracy in real time the parameters of operation of combat vehicles of rocket troops and artillery. armored vehicles.
