- The subject of the study is the formation of a strategic set in the system of financial stability management of the banking system. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between strategies that form a strategic set for forming a common strategy for managing the financial stability of the banking system. Research methods. In this work the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, the method of data generalization are used. Results of work. The paper defines the concept of «strategic set". Requirements for building a strategic set in the system of strategic management are outlined. The main tasks of methodological support of financial stability of the banking system are highlighted. The classification of strategic goals of ensuring financial stability of the banking system is presented. Measures to financial stability maintenance of the banking system are proposed. Conclusions. The results of the study generalized in the following conclusions: a set of strategies that satisfies the parametric features of the stable development of the banking system is selected; the main tasks of the methodological provision of financial stability of the banking system are identified and the measures for maintenance financial stability of the banking system are proposed.
