- Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on Maximum Residue Levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin requires the Member States to carry out official controls on pesticide residues in food. In this framework, EFSA is in charge of collecting and analysing data in order to deliver the annual reports on the results from the national pesticides monitoring activities. This data providers package provides the data collection configuration and supporting materials for reporting Pesticide Residues in line with the Standard Sample Description version 2 (SSD2). These are to be used for the official data reporting phase.
