- The Hadith in Kufa in the Period of Social ChangeKufa built in 17/683 with Caliph Omar's order is one of the former cities constructed by Muslims. It was built on the centre location of ancient sciences and civilizations. For this geographical situation, it became a cradle for humans belonging to different cultures, religions, languages and races. On the other hand, Kufa is famous for playing a major role in the politics history of Islam. Beginning from the period of building, it took effect on course of history, and took place in the middle of politic events. Nevertheless, these realities that became a piece of daily life did not restrain scientific works in Kufe. One of the pieces of this scientific structure is the hadith. In this article, we are investigating the development of this science in Kufa and, especially, the effects of conditions that this city has on the hadith in the context of "community-human-science" relationship.https://www.marife.org/marife/article/view/324
