- The new ICT based tools developed in the framework of Waste4Think will help to better communicate and interact with the stakeholders, increasing flexibility, transparency and better content of the awareness and empowerment actions. At the same time, these tools will help the managers of the Social Actions to have a better understanding of the knowledge and habits patterns of the users, allowing the possibility of adapting contents, messages and new interactions with the stakeholders in order to improve results. The final objective is to increase the impact of the social actions and to foster mutual learning, as well as to identify hotspots which allow to define ad hoc campaigns. D4.2 includes only the description of the use of the IT tools (R1-R15, but specially those ones specially developed for this purpose, as learning materials, apps and serious games) to some of the strategies developed by the Waste4Think pilots. The full descriptions of the Environmental Educational Plan with the strategies that are already being implemented in each pilot, target groups definition, key messages, etc. are included in D4.1. Implementation of R17: non ICT based Innovative Social Actions (Social Action Plan).
