- RESUMEN: Presentamos un caso clínico de paniculitis en muslo que aparentaba ser una calcifilaxia, pero tras realizar dos biopsias se consiguió determinar el diagnóstico correcto y posteriormente instaurar el tratamiento terapéutico adecuado basado en desbridamiento y abordaje de cura en ambiente húmedo hasta su cicatrización. CLINICAL CASE OF PANNICULITIS CHARACTERIZED BY SUBCUTANEOUS TUMOR IN THE THIGH ABSTRACT: We present a clinical case of panniculitis in the thigh that appeared to be a calciphylaxis, but after carrying out two biopsies, it was possible to finish the correct diagnosis and later to establish the adequate therapeutic treatment based on debridement and treatment of cure in a humid environment until it is healing.
