- For the research of autonomic regulation cardio-respiratory system of persons with hypertensive type reactions to dosed physical load was used a method of spiroarteriocardiorhythmography, allows to determine the variability of heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and spontaneous respiration in the simultaneous mode of registration. Were analyzed indicators of variability listed features 26 young persons with hypertensive type reaction of the cardiovascular system. According to the results found that one of the decisive role in the development of hypertensive reactions to dosed physical load play mechanisms violations autonomic ensure spontaneous breathing at rest, characterized by the tendency to reduce variability and accompanied by increasing oversegmentary influences on the heart rate, sympatheticotonic influences on systolic and diastolic blood pressure last substantially.
