- The theme of Digital Humanities has been recurrently sought in Brazil. Although the rhetoric of interdisciplinarity is present in most research initiatives, practice shows us that interdisciplinarity ceases its real scope when access to information and reuse of data it comes even when sometimes undermined by interdisciplinary tools and methods. After the digital turn, the academic scene needed to meet again itself regarding its strategies of preservation and use of scientific information for the continuity of knowledge production and promotion to its access. In this scope, we created the Digital Humanities Network Laboratory (Larhud) and this fact also invited us to think about a repository capable of storing and preserving raw data from humanities research in order to promote its access by the scientific community enabling, among other things, its monitoring, information exchange and, consequently, the generation of innovation and new content. In this article we deal with the production process of both: laboratory and repository as intrinsic parts for the activities in progress, in addition to eliciting reflections of epistemological and methodological order.
