- The urgency of this problem lies in the fact that the correct strategy of policeman behavior in modern conditions is conditioned by the knowledge and skills of professional communication with offenders, who often do not want to cooperate with law-enforcers. The preparation of future policemen to professional communication in higher educational establishments with specific learning conditions should be aimed at modeling interaction with offenders, establishing contact and resolving conflict situations, teaching self-control and self-regulation of their own professional actions, including communicative and verbal actions. The purpose of scientific work is to reveal the essence, content, stages of preparation of future policemen for professional communication with offenders in higher educational establishments with specific learning conditions. The research methods are the analysis of scientific literature on the chosen topic, the curriculum of the corresponding preparation (appropriate training curriculum), the working programs in the main disciplines of the suspension and humanitarian cycle, the questionnaire, the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, the conversation, the instruction. As a result of the research, the essence of the preparation of future police officers for professional communication in higher educational establishments with specific educational conditions is revealed as a purposeful formation of the behavior strategy of law enforcement specialists. The content of this training is specified as knowledge and skills of professional communication of the police. The concept of "professional communication of a policeman" is defined. It is recommended to use the potential of the discipline "Ukrainian language of professional orientation" to prepare cadets for professional communication, instructions for learning self-control
