- В статье рассмотрены особенности формирования и развития международных отношений в Причерноморском регионе, обозначена роль и влияние Организации Черноморского Экономического Сотрудничества на политику международного сотрудничества между странами региона с учетом их внешнеполитических и экономических приоритетов. Установлено, что, несмотря на существующие барьеры, у региона есть потенциальные направления развития взаимодействия на международном уровне, и в условиях новой геополитической ситуации страны Причерноморья имеют объективные возможности для создания механизма реализации своих геополитических интересов на основе взвешенной дальновидной политики. The article considers the peculiarities of the formation and development of international relations in the Black Sea Region, defines the role and influence of the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation on the policy of international cooperation between the countries of the region, taking their foreign policy and economic priorities into account. The authors determined that, despite existing barriers, the region has potential areas for developing cooperation at the international level, and in the new geopolitical situation, the countries of the Black Sea Region have objective opportunities to create a mechanism for realizing their geopolitical interests on the basis of a balanced long-term policy.
