- In twentieth century Management education has become fad for student. Every student has dream to complete management education and get dream job which would pay him good salary. Industry people always had niche requirement from all the students" graduation in management education. Most of the time it is been highlighted that students completing their management education are not having appropriate skills, of employability this research paper tries to highlight challenges faced by industry, their concerns, main reasons for current situation and suggestion for management students for improving their employment skills. Also it tries to find out about the expectation of the corporate sectors from the business school students. Paper also tries to explore various employment avenues with respect to employability of management students. This paper focuses on real life experiences, and secondary data published. Future scope lies in finding out appropriate solution for the concerns and challenges faced by industry.
