Adaptation of personality to the swift changes in economic, public, political, cultural life will pass with minimum losses on condition of various preparation of personality to productive and social life. It gives new social sense to the self-education of personality, it becomes a catalyst and means of social mobility of man, opens access to the intellectual, cultural values, extends a world view, increases intellectual potential of man and allows to find the place him in life, to attain social confession and material welfare. Id est a self-education creates terms in relation to forming and realization of strategy of life of personality, realization of vital aim in vital events.
