- FIGURE 2. Sepulliini from South Africa on Malvaceae, a close relative of the one with similar habits identified as Patriziana somalicus (Lallemand 1930), with nymphs that construct short tubes (A–B) from dried spittle masses on Grewia monticola (B) that are filled with sap and small bubbles (C–D). The nymph (E) resembles that of Machaerotinae (Woodward et al. 1970, fig. 26.27B) but has a shorter head and humped back like that of Clastoptera (Fig. 1G). The adult (F), found at the same location a few days later, is Tremapterus izzardi sp. nov. Photographs and data from Lee Gutteridge, Hoedspruit near Kruger National Park in northeastern South Africa.
