- The article contains results of the process of hydrogenolysis of lignin obtained by three different methods from softwood sawdust. It is shown that the extraction process has a profound effect on the feedstock conversion and the product yield. The maximum conversion of 67.5 was observed in the case of acetate lignin in propanol-2 as the solvent, and the highest yield of liquid products (38.5 wt. %) was obtained in the case of alkali lignin.
