  • The current state of the ethnonational structure of the population of Ukraine and Kharkiv region has been characterized. Based on the concept documents analysis (The Concept of the Civic education of an individual, The Concept of the Humanitarian Development of Ukraine, The Concept of national-patriotic Education of Children and the Youth and others) and the newest educational programs (“The Culture of the Neighbourliness”, “A Person in the multicultural society”, “The Basics of the Neighbourliness”, “Comparative-Cultural Ethnopedagogics” and others) the survey of education development perspective models in the terms of the ethnocultural diversity of the modern Ukrainian society has been made. Ideas, introduced by J. Banks, about multicultural models in education and the principle of component’s double input into the system (V. Lednyov) make up the basis for the multicultural framework, which enhances formation of the readiness among future pedagogues for professional activities in terms of ethnocultural diversity of the modern society. The resource of the international students’ contingent, as mediums of different cultures, has been offered for more active use in the process of future pedagogues’ intercultural competence formation.
