  • We observed 103 patients with spinal cord injuries. Analysis of the results was performed SACR automatically online, according to the guidelines. All primary examination of patients was conducted at the time of hospitalization of patients with complicated and uncomplicated spinal cord injuries, and after completing the course of hospital treatment. It is shown that the regulatory changes in the complicated and uncomplicated spinal injuries on the overwhelming number of registered parameters of the same type rather towards expressed decrease. The most frequently observed marked reduction of blood pressure regulation among indicators (focusing on DBP) is detected in 50-70% of patients, and respiration (VLF) marked every third patient. The marked predominance of sympathetic innervations DBP noted in 30-40% of cases. One in five patients with complicated neurological symptoms and uncomplicated spinal injury QT- noted lengthening of the interval. Among the investigated contingent 16% have a significant increase in the duration of inhalation, 20% - a significant increase in the duration of expiration, which is 3-4 times more as compared with a healthy population. It also shows that much more often burdened tetrapareses hypodynamic states bloodstream than paraparesis. But while maintaining the same high level of regulation decreased respiratory act and, most importantly, the incidence of QT-interval of the elongated (4-5 each patient). The situation is fundamentally different when paraplegia - everyone 4th patient has expressed intense level of sympathetic innervations of the CR practically rarely recorded versions (at norm weighted population) decrease targeted regulation of vascular and respiratory rate, against a background of a significant incidence of expressed hyperfunctional stress. Noting the effects of therapeutic measures is shown in the state of rest of up to 50% of the increased tension in the vegetative supply CR and 2 times from 46.7% to 23.1% reduced incidence of vegetative supply voltages expressed and BP of 11% (up to 42 3%) reduces the frequency of expression of intense vegetative support unregulated breathing.
