- This is another minor update to the release of the FRAG_project dataset, a combination of Perl scripts and data files that support a manuscript submitted for publication by Tan et al. This version includes some new Python scripts that contributed to one section of that analysis (see 'Python_scripts' subdirectory). The main README file documents how the various Perl scripts were used to analyze several genomic datasets from the plant Arabidopsis thaliana. The Results directory contains many files in tab-separated values (TSV) format and the GFF_files directory contains results in Generic Feature Format.
