- This paper presents the synthesis, design and performance of a 100 Ω to 50 Ω impedance transformer , based on Butterworth response. The Impedance Transformer device is designed to be fabricated with a micromachining technique and to work at 60 GHz. Simulation results carried out with CST Microwave Studio are presented.
