- It has been found out that Kazimierz Twardowski’s theory of knowledge is based on his psychology of thinking, theory of judgement and epistemology. The author has carried out the analysis of Polish philosopher’s epistemology of didactics. It has been proven that the creator of Lwоw-Warsaw school considered the description of mental phenomena the prerogative of psychology of thinking to didactics, the development of critical thinking – the prerogative of theory of judgement. The classical concept of truth – in psychological, logical and epistemological interpretation – serves for the scientist as a criterion of obvious value of logic in human and social life. He laid the necessity of logic study on educational institutions. Psychology and logic Twardowski thought didactic tools acquiring knowledge and developing intelligence, purpose – making true judgments and ability for self making true judgments. Prerogative psychology of thinking for didactics – description of psychic phenomena, prerogatives theory of judgment – the development of critical thinking. The classical concept of truth – the psychological, logical and epistemological sense – serves as a criterion Tvardovsky obvious logic value in human life and society, necessary training which he placed on educational institutions. However, the philosopher understood that "in many cases do not need logic to know what is true and what is not. Without the help of logic [for example] everyone knows that is true, living and experiencing different feelings "
