- Анотація. У статі досліджено основні тенденції навчання та виховання молоді в сучасних культурно-освітніх установах України. Проаналізовано статті Закону України «Про освіту». Наведено кількість навчальних закладів різних типів та їх вихованців. Охарактеризовано діяльність позашкільних установ, просвітницьку роботу громадських організацій, молодіжних центрів. Представлено шляхи вдосконалення роботи сучасних культурно-освітніх установ. Annotation. The article analyzes the main tendencies of youth education and education in modern cultural and educational institutions of Ukraine. It is explained that the various factors influence the development of a person, which can be conditionally divided into hereditary, upbringing in the family and in the society. It is noted that the social environment has an important influence on the formation of the individual's outlook. Articles of the Law of Ukraine «On Education» are analyzed in detail. The activities of out-of-school institutions, educational work of public organizations, youth centers are described. It is noted that for the modern stage of the development of education inherent in the broad involvement in the education and training of young people from public associations. It is explained that the youth movement is coordinated today by the work of the Ukrainian National Committee of Youth Organizations. It is noted that in its activities all youth and children's public organizations are based on the following principles: a) voluntary; b) the equality of their members; c) self-government; d) legality; e) publicity. In the recent years representatives of religious denominations, which are inherent in the educational feature of Volyn's schooling, are actively involved in the process of training and upbringing of youth. The ways of improving the work of the modern cultural and educational institutions in the following directions are presented: a) to actively implement the provisions of the adopted Law of Ukraine «On Education»; b) promote cooperation between different cultural and educational centres; c) to involve specialists in work with students and students; d) to observe sanitary-hygienic conditions of premises where classes are held.
