- The article deals with the concept of essential, renewable and irreplaceable conditions of a civil contract. The cases, based on judicial practice, when the contract is recognized as not concluded, if there are no essential conditions are analyzed. A solution to the problem of determining the essential terms of the contract by fixing the relevant rules in the Civil code of the Russian Federation is proposed.
