- This is the a minor update to the release of the FRAG_project dataset, a combination of Perl scripts and data files that support a manuscript currently in preparation by Tan et al. The README file documents how the various Perl scripts were used to analyze several genomic datasets from the plant Arabidopsis thaliana. The Results directory contains many files in tab-separated values (TSV) format and the GFF_files directory contains results in Generic Feature Format.
