- The purpose of this article is to outline the specific problems of implementing social dialogue in Ukraine through the prism of its principles in the light of joining the European Union. It is noted that the content of the Law "On Social Dialogue in Ukraine" indicates that the purpose of the latter, as defined in the preamble, is rather declared, but not achieved, since the fundamental legal constructions on which the social dialogue is based, the principles of social dialogue have not received proper due attention the lawmaker’s side. The author concludes that the negligent attitude to the definition of theoretical outlooks leads to the failure to operate an effective, based on the concept and successful foreign experience, a legal construct, the application of which can solve many practical problems and achieve: stability of the production process, increase of labor productivity, increase of the size of the wage pay the creation of normal working conditions, the absence of employees’ dissatisfaction with working conditions, etc. through the interaction of all interested actors.
