- Reforma systemu edukacji na Ukrainie wymaga nowych podejść do specjalistów szkoleniowych w zakresie początkowego poziomu edukacji. W szczególności pojawiło się pytanie o przygotowanie przyszłego nauczyciela zdolnego do kreatywności i twórczego rozwoju uczniów w procesie edukacyjnym. Wynikiem wysokiej jakości kształcenia zawodowego i pedagogicznego jest poziom gotowości przyszłych nauczycieli. Dlatego przedmiotem badań jest zjawisko gotowości do jakiejkolwiek aktywności oraz gotowość przyszłych nauczycieli do rozwijania zdolności twórczych zwłaszcza uczniów twórczych uczniów szkół podstawowych. Aby ustalić strukturę przyszłych nauczycieli do rozwijania zdolności twórczych wśród uczniów szkół podstawowych analizy nowych standardów państwowych wyższych w specjalności „Wykształcenie podstawowe”. Pozwoliło to autorowi na określenie tych elementów przyszłych nauczycieli do rozwijania zdolności twórczych uczniów szkół elementarnych, jako wartościowo motywacyjny, poznawczo procesualny, kontrolowo ocenujący, komunikatywny, osobisty i podkreślenie ich głównych wskaźników.
- OF FUTURE TEACHERS' READINESS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE SKILLS OF PUPILS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL Annotation. Reforming the education system of Ukraine requires new approaches to training specialists for the initial level of education. In particular, the question arose about the preparation of a future teacher capable of creativity and creative development of pupils in the educational process. The result of high-quality vocational and pedagogical training is the level of readiness of future teachers. Therefore, the subject of the study is the phenomenon of readiness for any activity and the readiness of future teachers to develop the creative abilities of junior pupils in particular. In order to determine the structure of future teachers' readiness for the development of creative abilities of primary schoolchildren, new state standards of higher education on the specialty «Primary education» have been analyzed. This allowed the author to identify the following components of the readiness of future teachers to develop the creative abilities in elementary school pupils', such as: value-motivational, cognitive-procedural, controlassessment, communicative, personal and to highlight their main indicators.
