- The article is devoted to study of the "culture of inter-ethnic communication of senior pupils" concept structure. Different scientists' approaches to the definition of interethnic communication culture components are considered and analyzed. Paying attention to features of senior school age pupils' development, to structure of senior pupils inter-ethnic communication culture as a set of interrelated components determined by motivational-value, cognitive activity, personal development. It is noted that all components of senior pupils inter-culture communication culture are interconnected and interdependent. It is proved that attention, student pays to his/her tolerant personality and the development of his /her motivation for interethnic communication takes place on the basis of previous experience and the assimilation of new knowledge, which is expressed in active activity and leads to the formation of certain abilities and personal qualities.
