- The article deals with the necessity of purposeful, rich in content, organized students’ leisure during a young person’s studies at University. The author proves that the duties of an academic group counsel of a HPEE include students’ leisure organizing. Organizational and professional student group curator’s qualities are considered and its correlation with individual and professional growth of future specialists. The article suggests forms of work for an academic group counsel of a higher educational establishment. It is underlined that thoroughly-organized students’ leisure empowers the formation of intellectual potential of future specialist, professional culture of modern student mass and provides the background for acquiring means of self-organization, self-actualization, self- bringing, selfdevelopment and self-education.
