- The article is devoted to the current problem of the education of tolerance future teachers' of elementary school. It has been found out that the problem of education of tolerance becomes especially relevant in the process of professional training future teachers' of elementary school, as it is impossible to bring up tolerant, able to perceive behavior, thoughts, the way of life and self-expression of another person without aggression, criticism, hostility without a high level of professional readiness of those who directly implement the social order of society. It is determined that the process of formation the tolerance of the future teacher of elementary classes is complex and long-term process, which ensures its readiness for humanistic cooperation with subjects of the pedagogical process. The education of future primary school teachers in the spirit of tolerance, peacefulness, cooperation, respect for the rights and freedoms of others, the negation of violent methods of solving interindividual, interpersonal, interethnic and interconfessional conflicts is one of the important tasks. It is revealed that the formation of tolerance is influenced by a number of factors: the social environment, existing stereotypes and ideas in society, the system of upbringing and the relationship between people, the system of values on which the person is oriented, etc. The main factors which contribute to the education of tolerance in future primary school teachers are identified: restraint of their emotions; positive attitude of all subjects to the problem, inclusion of them in joint activities for its solu tion; ability to control emotions of students; harmony of relationships, actions and behavior of all subjects of the pedagogical process; benevolence, trust and high demands on each other; the use of peaceful means to resolve conflicts; awareness of the subjects of the pedagogical process about the goals and state of affairs; positive attitude of subjects to the evaluation of the results of activity on the formation of tolerance; the formation of skills for self-knowledge of the world; a state of emotional satisfaction as a result of a joint activity
