  • Software equipped with a graphic user interface that allows the compution of the leaf heat transfer coefficient Tau. Image series of plant leaves acquired with a thermal camera are imported and pixel-wise fitted with an exponential decay function in order to retrieve the time constant Tau. This software was used in the PhD project of Hendrik Albrecht at the Institute of plant sciences (IBG-2), Forschungszentrum Juelich GmbH, Germany. Software is written in Matlab 2012b and requires Image processing toolbox and Parallel Computing Toolbox. Additionally it requires the external toolbox Ezyfit (we used the Version 2.41c).
