- This research aim to to analyse how system internal control of earth imposition and building district of Rambah sub-province of Rokan Pate;Upstream. Type Research which used in this research descriptive research. Technique data collecting in this research documentation and interview. Research data analysed to use analysis technique model interaktif of Miles and of Huberman that is data collecting, data discount, presentation of verification and dataPursuant to result of analysis of this research can know that system internal control of earth imposition and building district of Rambah have showed good internal control system, mentioned can be seen from procedure of forwarding of Notice Iease Debt (SPPT) which have as according to specified regulation sub-province of Rokan Pate;Upstream, payment procedure and addiction of land tax and building district of Rambah also have showed good internal control system mentioned seen with usage some form like Receipt Whereas (TTS), Letter Receipt of Setoran (STTS), Invoice Iease (STP) and Letter Sign of Setoran (STS). Step in payment procedure and addiction of land tax and building district of Rambah also as according to by law of sub-province of Rokan Pate;Upstream.
