- One of the agribusiness in the district of Rokan Hulu is a business coconut milk contained inModern Market District of Pasir Pengaraian Rambah. This business has great prospects fordevelopment because the milk will always be needed and become consumed almost every day inthe fulfillment of basic needs of households in the city and surrounding Pasir Pengaraian. Thepurpose of this study was to analyze revenue and profit venture coconut milk. The samplingtechnique using census method in which the entire population samples are 7 merchant coconutmilk. The results showed that the total cost of the coconut business for Rp353.516.042 with anaverage of Rp75.397.970. The total costs derived from the sum of the fixed costs with variablecosts . A flat fee of Rp167.823.042 with the average cost of fixed Rp23,974,720 while variablecosts consist of labor tenga costs and cost of raw materials and auxiliary materials. Labor costof Rp20,000,000 with an average of 10,000,000 , while energy and raw materials in support ofRp165,693,000 with an average Rp41,423,250. Acceptance of the milk business in one month isobtained by Rp357.000.000 with average reception Rp51.000.000. Advantages to operationsamounted to Rp3,483,958 milk obtained with an average profit amounted to Rp497,708. BenefitCost Ratio in coconut milk at 1:01 businesses declared eligible to be developed because a ratiogreater than one. Break event point to the venture coconut milk prices during the monthamounted to Rp35.352 while the break-even point of production volume in coconut milk businessin one month amounted to 9902 kilograms of milk sold of all respondents in this study
