  • The effective leader will influence the follower to have more bigger optimism,self confidence, and also commitment to the goal and mission of organization. The attitude ways of the leader to directed the follower will influence into employes organization commitment. Tranformational leadership influenced to the commitment, particularly on commitment to mobilization the organization that has changed itself. The phenomenon at Dinas Pertanian Dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang is suported by competence employes, thus the employes performance enable to run wiyhout any order and command from the leader. Sample which is use in this research is census metode with 103 employes of Dinas Petanian Dan kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang as respondences.The examination technique that used comprise validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach formula, double regression analysis and coeficient signification of determination to proof the true research hypotize as well as mediation test. Regression test produce the summarize of the transformational leadership ways gives positive and significant organization comitment with beta coeficient 0,718. Transformational leadership way give positive and significant influence to OCB with beta coeficient 0,276. Organization commitment variabel didn’t give positive and significant influence to OCB. Organization commitment variabel give positive and significant influence with beta coeficient 0,299. Tranformational leadership variabel doesn’t give influence to performance.
