Testthis hypothesisusingregressionanalysis.Based onthe results ofthe studycan be summarized asfollows: (ii) Work Disciplinehas no impact onteacher performance, (i) Motivationhas positive and significant impactonteacher performance, and (iii) Work Climate has impact onteacher performance.
