  • This article aims at providing a brief outline of issues related to violation of consumers basic rights conducted by producers of goods and services of the trading thereof. Despite the marketing principles that customer is king and the customers right to be informed, a lot of marketing violations have urged the Indonesian government to promulgate law number 8 of 1999 regarding consumers protection.
