- School was a place to get an education and science for a child. But, sometimes a child get a behavior violence of several their peers in the school or commonly called bullying as a form of reverences students against senior leader. An offender bullying who is also a childof course need to be given a guidance and not a punishment, moreover when the child of required to follow the judicial formal process due to he did. The emergence of act number 11 in 2012 on the juvenile justice system is an efforts of the government to protect the children by avoidance of formal effort. Divertion as an embodiment of restorative justice principle considered as a solution to evercome these relating to child. Divertion considered can be able to protecting the children against the negative stigma of society by the presence of a diverting from the formal process to the informal process. But, this divertion process was also included in the formal process criminal justice as investigation, prosecution, and the trial. It certainty will continue providing the negative stigma against the children moreover diversi should can be done without touching the justicial formal process.Keywords: Child, Restorative Justice, Divertion, Bullying
