Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan ialah Empiris, berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang penulis peroleh dari perangkat desa dapat diketahui bahwa di desa bunten barat tidak mencantumkan rincian anggaran dana desa pada papan pengumuman, Tidаk аdаnyа bаleho аtаu pаpаn pengumumаn di desа bunten bаrаt disebаbkаn kаrenа ketidаktаhuаn pemerintаh desа terkаit dengаn keberаdааn pаpаn pengumumаn, pаdаhаl hаl ini sudаh diаtur didаlаm Perаturаn Menteri Dаlаm Negeri Republik Indonesiа Nomor 46 Tаhun 2016 tentаng Lаporаn Kepаlа Desа. Untuk meningkatkan transparansi pengelolaan dana desa maka penulis mengusulkan Laporan pertanggung jawaban langsung melalui media diskusi di balai desa. Kata Kunci: Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban Kepala Desa, Desa Bunten Barat, Kecamatan Ketapang, Kabupaten Sampang. ABSTRACT This research is aimed to understand and analyse the Implementation of Article 10 of Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of Indonesia Number 46 of 2016 concerning Report of village head in West Bunten Village, and to come up with a new idea to provide appropriate treasurer accountability report by a village head of District of Ketapang, Regency of Sampang. Empirical method was employed in this research by conducting interviews with the people in charge in the village. The study reveals that details of village budget are not displayed on notification board. The unavailability of the notice board is part of unawareness of the local head while it is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 46 of 2016 concerning village head report. It is essential that the treasurer accountability report be made transparent during session in village meeting centre.
