Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis.Implementasi Pasal 2 dan Pasal 6 Ayat (3) Peraturan Menteri Koperasi Dan UKM Nomor 17/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 antara lain : Inspeksi langsung; pemeriksaan laporan RAT, dan beberapa hal lainnya. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Koperasi dan Simpan pinjam AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to know and analyze the implementation of Article 2 and Article 6 Paragraph (3) Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SME Number 17 / Per / M.KUKM / IX / 2015 About the supervision of Cooperatives related to supervision of the implementation of savings and loan business in the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs City Malang and the obstacles faced in the implementation of Article 2 and Article 6 Paragraph (3) Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SME Number 17 / Per / M.KUKM / IX / 2015, as well as to know and analyze efforts in facing constraints. The research method used is juridical empirical with sociological juridical approach method. Implementation of Article 2 and Article 6 Paragraph (3) Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SME Number 17 / Per / M.KUKM / IX / 2015, among others: Direct inspection; RAT report checks, and a few other things.
