Penelitian yuridis empiris ini mengambil lokasi di UPT Pemadam Kebakaran Kebakaran Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Malang karena lembaga tersebut merupakan lembaga pelaksana teknis dari permasalahan skripsi ini dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan populasi pegawai UPT Pemadam Kebakaran Kebakaran Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Malang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Retribusi Pengujian Dan Pemeriksaan Alat Pemadam Kebakaran, UPT Pemadam Kebakaran Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Malang. ABSTRACT This research has a purpose to know, identify and analyze 1) How is the Effectiveness of Article 51 of local Regulationof Malang City Number 1 Year 2011 on Retribution of General Service on Regards to the retribution of test and examination Of Fire Extinguishers? 2) What are the circumstances faced by the Fire Department of Malang City in implementing Local Regulation Malang City related to the Collection of retribution of test and examination Of Fire Extinguishers? 3) How are the efforts made by the Fire Department of Malang City in implementing Local Regulation of Malang City Number 1 Year 2011 About Retribution of General Services on regards to retribution of test and examination Of Fire Extinguishers? This empirical legal research took place at Fire Departement in the Civil service Police Unite Of Malang City because the institution is the technical executing agency of this research problem with the sociological juridical approach and the population of the Fire Department in the Civil Service Police Unit of Malang City with purposive sampling technique. Keywords: Effectiveness, Retribusion of test and examination of Fire Extinguishers and Fire Department in the Civil Service Police Unit of Malang City.
